I'm currently in Cuba. There are even shortages in all inclusive 5 star hotels in Varadero. More than once a day you hearing, that somthing is not available. Cola, Tonic, Prosecco etc... In some Hotels they don't have sugar. So they will loose a lot of visits from tourists as well.
